Didn't work out? You have 14 days from delivery to start a return.

The rules

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have their original tags. Intimates (bras, bodysuits) and final-sale items can't be returned for hygiene reasons.

Refunds

Once your return passes inspection, we refund your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping fees aren't refundable.

Damaged or wrong item?

If something arrives damaged or incorrect, keep the packaging and photos handy — you're covered for a replacement or full refund.
