Refund policy

You have 14 days from delivery to start a return. Email poopi.business@gmail.com with your order number and we'll reply with return instructions within 2 business days. Please wait for our reply before shipping anything back.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have their original tags attached. Intimates (bras, bodysuits) and final-sale items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. Return shipping is paid by the buyer, unless we sent a wrong or damaged item - then it's fully on us.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after your return passes inspection. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or wrong item? Email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or a full refund - no return shipping needed.
